How do I print and assemble my PDF pattern?


1. Open Your File
Use Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer or laptop for the best results, especially if using the layers feature.

2. Adjust Print Settings

Set Page Scaling to "Actual Size" or "100%" (do not use "Fit to Page").

Choose "Auto Portrait/Landscape" if available.

Make sure your printer is set to A4 or Letter-sized paper, depending on your region.

3. Using the Layers Feature
All Sunshine Pattern Co. patterns include a helpful layers feature:

Click the “Layers” button on the left side panel in Adobe Reader.

To customize your pattern, click the “eye” icon next to each layer you want to hide. Choose the sizes required, and select your language layer also.

Important: Keep the “MUST PRINT” layer visible to ensure all essential markings are printed.

4. Print a Test Page
Always print the test square page first to check that it measures correctly (usually 1” x 1” or 5cm x 5cm).

5. Assemble and Tape
After printing, trim the edges and align the pages according to the assembly guide included with your pattern.
